California Education Partners Professional Development Program - 2019-2020


July 30 - 31, 2019; December 18-19, 2020 & July 8-9, 2019 (Closed to the Public)

This is a specifically designed program for the educational consultant team. Each session will be designed based on the emerging needs and interests of the team as they go about presenting and facililtating their state-wide educational convenings with school districts across California.

The design is intended to cover the core leadership models of:

  • Below the Green Line
  • Ralph Stacey
  • Change and Transition
  • Performance Continuum
  • The Process Enneagram as a Journey Map
  • Adoption of An Idea
  • Early Adopter Theory and Selection of Team Members

Provide hands-on practice with the core facilitation processes of:

  • Discussion Method
  • After Action Review
  • Appreciative Inquiry
  • Process Enneagram
  • Workshop Method
  • Mental Models Process
  • Micro Skill Development

What you will get from the training:

  1. A tool bag full of facilitation skills and processes.
  2. Understandings and strategies to deal with change management.
  3. Ability to diagnose situations in your teams and organization and a process for designing the right interventions and preventions.
  4. Strategies to build greater levels of effectiveness and sustainabililty into your sites and organization.
