This 2-day Master Class focuses on providing leaders and managers with both a theoretical foundation and practical skills, processes and tools to navigate organizational change. Tim Dalmau and Steve Zuieback bring over 30 years of experience each in assisting and supporting for-profit, non-profit, governmental and educational organizations in their change journeys. They will present you with a distillation of their learning as they guide you through case scenarios and teach you the core change tools and processes associated with the preparation, implementation and sustainability phases of the change journey.

Tim Dalmau: For 30 years Tim Dalmau has headed up Dalmau Consulting which is a team of specialists involved in working with individuals and organizations in human development and organizational change.
For businesses and governments throughout the world, Tim designs systems for change, broker disputes. Tim introduces processes that bring tangible results to Boards, Executive teams, and the workplace. More importantly, he gives people the understanding, skills, and confidence in their own lives.
Tim works with local and global organizations, tackling cultural issues and the interrelationship of people across departments and continents. Together with his clients, they develop strategies to achieve cohesion and business performance.
Steve Zuieback is president of Synectics and a member of Dalmau Consulting based in Australia. Steve has extensive consulting and training experience with private business, governmental organizations, schools, communities and non-profit organizations in the areas of leadership, creative planning, change implementation, team development, and community building.
Steve's professional activities take him around the country and around the world. He has worked with Kaiser Permanente, BHP, ALSOC, Coles Group, Transport South Australia, Fletcher Building, Los Angeles County Office of Education, Riverside County Office of Education, San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools and over 50 school district in intensive leadership development and planning sessions. The key focus of work is in the area of building deep leadership and facilitation capacity within large organizations, especially in educational systems.
