Advanced Training - How to Effectively Use Micro Skills to Enhance Group Performance

When asked about the most important skills and processes that I would recommend for facilitators and leaders, I always say Micro Skills and the Process Enneagram. Micro Skills relate to the ability of the facilitative leader to make accurate observations of individuals and group dynamics,  and then to use their voice, eyes, and gestures to guide individuals and groups to greater levels of effectiveness. These Micro Skills were developed by Michael Grinder.

The Process Enneagram is a macro process and journey map that allows the facilitative leader to select the right processes and guide the right conversations for teams and organizations. The Process Enneagram was developed by Richard Knowles and Tim Dalmau. The most effective facilitative leaders use both the micro and macro skills, tools and processes. This Advanced Training focuses on the Micro Skills.
