Leadership Dynamics

Volumes and volumes have been written about leadership over many decades. Leadership theory has continually been evolving bringing forth the best of what works and adjusting to the changing conditions in the internal and external organizational contexts. In todays world, we talk about self organizing systems and the role of leadership in creating the conditions for powerful systems to emerge, expand and evolve. All of my work revolves around three domains - leadership, systems and the powerful dialogue processes that allow whole systems of people to build shared understanding, meaning, commitment and action.

Please feel free to access the blog posts below that are focused on leadership dynamics.
