Synectic's associates offer custom tailored Systems and Facilitation development programs for organizations around the world. The length, depth and focus of the development program is designed to match the strategic needs of the client organization.
Synectics also offers "public workshops that are hosted by a client organization and have open enrollment. These open workshops are generally focused on facilitating transformation of educational systems. These 6-10 day intensive programs are generally broken into 3-5 training modules across an academic year. They are supplemented by teleconference coaching sessions between each module.
